We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and policy implementation.
Duties:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including utilising ATS systems effectively

Oversee employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner

Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

Supervise and provide guidance to HR staff members

Utilise HRIS systems such as Workday and PeopleSoft for efficient HR operations

Present HR-related information to management and employees in a clear and concise manner
Skills:

Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels

Proficiency in using HR software such as ATS, Workday, PeopleSoft, and HRIS systems

Data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and make informed decisions

Experience in managing and supervising HR functions

Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines effectively
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role

In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail

Strong leadership abilities to guide the HR team effectively
