Job Description:
A Project Manager is sought by this busy multi-disciplinary Consultancy with bases throughout Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the contract administration of the first multi million pound stage of a small town redevelopment project part of an extensive masterplan.
Liaising with the Client, Contractors and internal Design Teams delivering this scheme this is a marvellous opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take a lead role on the first roll out of this exciting project.
Person Specification:
Applicants are sought by this busy, stable multi-disciplinary Consultancy with a track record of delivering projects as a Consultancy Project Manager under the NEC form of contract.
Formal industry recognised qualifications such as MAPM, RICS or other professional memberships/quals are desirable but an emphasis is also based on relative experience.
