Optimise by Recruitment are working alongside a Global Organisation on the hunt to find a Parts Controller to work on a Part time basis.
Job Purpose:

Part ordering and processing for engineers, depot, and contracts

Customer service

Promotion of part sales
-
Compliance with any other reasonable requests necessary
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Stock control for vans, site workshops, contracts, and audits
-
Processing of parts orders in a timely and accurate manner
-
Correct identification of parts
-
Processing warranty and returns
-
Maintaining a clear and obstacle-free work area
-
Actively seeking to improve product knowledge
-
Responding to customer needs efficiently and effectively using all forms of communication and dealing with customers in a professional manner

Learning, understanding, and following procedures and processes for customer orders, backorders, special deliveries, parts returns, and account queries

Assisting the parts department team in day-to-day operations
-
Assisting the parts department team in the absence of a team member
-
Operating within company guidelines and procedures
Experience and Skill Requirements

Call Handling, Administration, Parts Knowledge, Communication (E)
-
HGV & Waste Industry Experience (D)

Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team, Ability to maintain high output levels, Able to stay focused under pressure, Results driven & oriented
