Principal People are seeking a Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality Advisor to be part of a successful and established Refurbishment & Construction business that boast’s a strong retention rate and will provide you with an opportunity to work on gold standard commercial and residential schemes alongside an experienced team of multiple SHEQ professionals.
This business is open to both experienced and inexperienced professional who currently or previously worked within any Construction or Infrastructure sector. This operational Health & Safety professional will predominantly cover sites in the Northeast and work in a hybrid format.
You will be given the support and tools to make the role a success and be given the autonomy and flexibility to make the role your own.
Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality Advisor - £40,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Healthcare + 25 Days Annual Leave & Further Package – Covering sites across the North East
Key responsibilities of this Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality Advisor include:
Conducting site audits
Work closely with all stakeholders
Building relationships on site
Delivering Toolbox talks
Attending site and office meetings
Liaising regularly with site teams
Reviewing RAMS
Carrying out Accident Investigations
Delivering Training
The successful Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality Advisor will hold:
Experience in Infrastructure or Construction sectors
NEBOSH General certificate or equivalent
Full UK Driver’s License
Desirable qualifications:

AIEMA
Scaffold Inspector
