Your Role: Leading Innovation and Excellence System Leadership

Spearhead the ongoing review and development of our software-based compliance and rostering systems.

Ensure seamless setup, optimization, and integration of new systems.

Oversee user groups and licenses, ensuring appropriate access for all roles.

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff.

Create and update "How to Guides" and other training materials to ensure staff proficiency.

Collaborate with software providers to resolve system issues, understand requirements, and stay updated with future developments.

Keep the team informed by reviewing and disseminating release notes.

Lead projects for the implementation, update, review, and optimization of software systems.

Ensure staff competency through regular reviews and data analysis.

Perform data cleansing and implement process changes to minimize errors across the division.

Maintain high-quality services in compliance with the Health & Social Care Act 2008 and Care Quality Commission regulations.
KPI Achievement

Collaborate with the Director to set and achieve KPIs.

Establish robust methods for planning, recording, delivering, and reporting activities.

Ensure full compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.

Manage projects aimed at enhancing service efficiency and effectiveness.

Work with Registered Managers to consistently improve services.

Develop and implement innovative working methods to ensure consistency across all services.

Produce monthly management reports to identify areas for improvement and planned actions.

Participate in Senior Management Team meetings to drive strategic initiatives.

Design, implement, and maintain software-supported quality assurance processes.

Promote high-quality practices and continuous improvement across the organization.
