TEXO Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join the finance team of one of our external clients based in Blyth, Northumberland on a permanent basis. This role offers the chance to join a fast-growing business and work closely with the Finance Director, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the company's success.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Debt chasing over the phone and via email

Post invoices and credit notes on the accounts system

Post and allocate multi-currency receipts on the accounts system

Send out customer statements on a monthly basis

Deal with payment and invoice queries
-
Prepare daily spreadsheet of payments received

Maintain daily forecast of amounts due in

Providing credit checks on new/existing customers as required

Liaise with operational team to ensure any customer issues are resolved

Month end reporting

Other activities within the Finance team – you will become part of an experienced team and therefore role flexibility will be essential
Essential:

Experience in credit control and query resolution

Strong IT / Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skills
