A Legal 500 recognised firm, offers a fantastic opportunity for a talented and experienced Employment Solicitor to join our Northampton office. We are looking for individuals with a range of experience from 3 years PQE up to Senior Associate level.
The Opportunity

The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload incorporating contentious and non-contentious work for employer clients, handling cases from initial instruction through to completion, and providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Diverse Caseload: Handling a wide range of employment matters, including Settlement Agreements, M&A support, and compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.
Advisory Role: Providing strategic advice on projects such as restructuring, changing terms and conditions of employment, and large-scale redundancy exercises.
Boardroom Disputes: Offering strategic advice in connection with Boardroom/SMT disputes.
Operational HR Matters: Providing ad hoc advice on operational HR issues.
Data Protection Compliance: Assisting clients with data protection compliance.
Tribunal Representation: Representing clients in employment tribunals.
You will have the opportunity to work on projects in conjunction with their Corporate & Commercial, Commercial Litigation, and Commercial Property teams, most of which are recognized by Legal 500. You’ll also receive first-class support from our award-winning Marketing Team to assist with business development opportunities.
Requirements
Experience: Has 3 years PQE up to Senior Associate level.
Independent Case Management: Can handle their own caseload independently.
Mentorship: Can provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
Strategic Thinking: Can offer strategic advice on a variety of employment matters.
Collaborative Spirit: Enjoys working on collaborative projects with different teams.
