Senior Administrator
My well established and reputable client in the ST7 area is currently seeking an experienced and savvy Senior administrator to join their team.
Main responsibilities of this Senior Administrator role:
Lead and oversee administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations
Manage and mentor junior administrative staff, providing guidance and support
Oversee contract management, ensuring all agreements are accurate and up to date
Efficiently schedule and book jobs, ensuring smooth operations and timely service delivery
Communication effectively between internal teams and clients
Handle all aspects of contracts, managing and maintaining records
Update the CRM system to ensure all customer and job information is correct
Perform a range of general administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the officeSkills required for this Senior Administrator role:
Proven experience in a senior administrative role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues
Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and manage your own workload effectively
