TEMPORARY EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / HR ADMINISTRATOR

£16.80 PER HOUR
PART TIME - 21 HOURS OVER 3 FULL DAYS
THIS ROLE WILL BE TEMP TO PERM
Working closely with the Chief Executive management teams, the role will be providing HR administration and business support.
The duties encompass a diverse range of tasks aimed at supporting the Executive Leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation.
Responsibilities include but aren’t limited too:

Act as the primary contact between the Chief Executive and key stakeholders

Coordinate and compile Board reports

Monitor, coordinate, and provide updates on projects

Conduct research, data analysis, and contribute to project groups

Manage the Chief Executive’s diary, appointments, travel arrangements, and itineraries

Take accurate minutes at Board meetings

Prepare meeting agendas
-
Handle general administrative tasks
-
Draft and prepare high-quality presentations, letters, and reports
-
Maintain confidentiality of all client documentation and information
-
Manage staff records and HR processes
-
Oversee staff records and HR files, ensuring accuracy and compliance
-
Process new starters and leavers
-
Prepare staff contracts, job descriptions, HR policies, and forms
-
Track and record staff absences, including sickness and holidays
-
Liaise with the finance team for accurate and timely processing
-
Manage right-to-work checks and compliance with legal requirements
-
Apply for and monitor DBS checks, ensuring necessary clearances
-
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
-
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as needed

Contributing to overall HR and administrative efficiency
