This PPA Teacher role would be to work in a local partnership Primary School in Kingswinford, the role is a long-term, full-time role, starting in September and is due to continue until December, but is potentially ongoing. In this role you would be delivering pre-planned lessons, you will be expected to work in Year 4 2 days a week and across the primary age range, the rest of the week.
Job Role:
Deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
Provide engaging and effective cover teaching in various Primary School classes
Follow the National Curriculum to ensure consistent educational standards
Maintain classroom management and a positive learning environment
Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to support students' learning
Participate in school meetings and professional development as required
Required Skills and Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
Experience teaching in Primary School settings, particularly Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
Knowledge of the National Curriculum
Ability to adapt to different classrooms and teaching styles
Strong classroom management skills
Enthusiastic and passionate about education
