IMH Recruitment are seeking a Contract Administrator for our client in Barnsley.
Duties:

Prepare Sales & Purchase contracts

Analyse risks involved with terms in a contract

Negotiate contract terms
-
Review and update existing contracts
-
Ensure that employees understand company contracts
-
Ensure all deadlines & conditions on contracts are met
-
Stay up to date with all legislation and policy changes
-
Maintain systems of physical and digital records
-
Other admin duties as required
Requirements:
-
Relevant experience as a Contract Administrator or experience in a similar role.

Excellent knowledge of legal requirements with contracts
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Good attention to detail
-
Ability to work well with all internal staff members and external partners

BSc degree in Business Administration,
-
Additional qualifications in law are desirable but not essential.
Hours & Pay:
Monday - Friday
8:30am-5:00pm
Starting salary of £26k
