Monday to Thursday: 8.30 AM - 5.00 PM
Friday: 8.30 AM - 4.00 PMSalary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Worcester. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including processing orders, managing sales documents, and maintaining accurate records.
Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance. Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Quotations: Prepare and send quotations to customers in a timely manner. Follow up on quotations to convert them into sales orders.
Order Management: Process sales orders and ensure all details are accurately entered into the system. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
Reporting: Generate sales reports and provide insights to the sales team and management. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Communication: Liaise with internal departments and external partners to coordinate sales activities and resolve issues.
Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with CRM software is a plus.
