Answering customer queries via inbound telephone calls and emails
Monitoring claim inputs on the internal systems
Contacting customers to book telephone appointments
Making outbound calls when required
Ensuring a seamless, stress free customer journeyKey Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
Previous customer service and administration experience is required
You should be able to work well in a team as well as independently
Property insurance knowledge is desirable
You should have some experience in handling customer complaints
