Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and events.

Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Prepare and format documents.

Maintain and update databases and filing systems.

Support payroll and billing processes.

Perform other office duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Proven experience in an office support or administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
