Business Support Administrator needed in Barham!
Our client is looking for a friendly and organised Business Support Administrator with experience using Outlook, Word, Excel and Sharepoint to join their team in their office located just outside of Canterbury. Additionally, experience uploading information to SAGE would be desirable however this is not essential.
Due to the location of the role, the successful candidate will need to be a driver and have access to a vehicle.
This role is initially a Temporary position however, for the right candidate, this could turn into a permanent position.
Duties for this role include but are not subject to:
Provide business support to Office Manager and various teams within the company
Manage initial quoting process
Confirmation of appointments
Supporting with client queries via email and telephone
Note taking during monthly meetings
Proofreading reportsHours: 3 days per week between Monday and Thursday, 09:00 - 17:00
Salary: £12.31 p/hour
