CK Group are recruiting for a Strategic Events Coordinator to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry based in Basingstoke on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is hybrid with 2/3 days expected on site.
Salary:
£26.17 - £34.89 per hour PAYE depending upon experience. This role is inside IR35.
Strategic Events Coordinator Role:
Develop yearly meeting strategy, based on the organizations strategic objectives and key business initiatives.
Facilitate the alignment of all meeting content and agendas, pull through larger meeting strategy, supporting organizational goals and priorities
Partner with brand teams, to bring their vision and desired experiences to life for annual and launch meetings.
Develop and manage the budget for internal meetings, including new sales training, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
Manage and oversee new employee onboarding experience.
Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (desirable), preferably in a similar coordination or event management role.
5+ years of experience in event planning, meeting coordination, or project management.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of best practices in meeting management and internal communications.Company:
