We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our client’s HR Team on a two-month contract.
The role
The role will provide HR support on a wide breadth of HR administration services whilst providing ongoing support to the HR Team. You will be the first point of contact for HR and will provide a flexible, and proactive service to employees, managers, and volunteers, offering support and direction in the application of policies, procedures, and processes.
Duties will include:

Monitoring and responding to emails received in the HR inbox, escalating as required.

Providing advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures

Maintaining employee records

Processing letters of appointment, contracts, and contractual change letters for new and existing staff

Managing administration for monthly payroll

Assisting colleagues with all elements of recruitment administration

Managing on-boarding administration

Providing ad hoc administrative support to the HR team as required

Monitoring probation periods

Providing regular and ad hoc management information reports

Maintaining the charity’s organisation chart

Circulating notices as required

Contributing to HR projects

Salary
£24,592
Contract: 2 months FTC to cover sickness (starting first/second week August)
This role will be 100% remote unless there is an urgent or important meeting that requires a face-to-face approach. For reference the offices are based in central Bristol
