Employment Paralegal Responsibilities:
Support the firm's employer advisory service, handling client queries via phone and email
Draft employment-related documents and correspondence
Conduct legal research to support case development
Create and update employment contracts and handbooks using precedent banks
Assist with litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate restructuring projects
Support large-scale redundancies and business transfer processes
Maintain accurate case files and documentation
Employment Paralegal Requirements:
You will have Paralegal experience preferably in employment law or HR
Understanding of employment law and HR practices (advantageous)
Strong academic background in law or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
Strong teamwork skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
