We now have an exciting opportunity to join the team and are recruiting for a Sales Manager based out of our clients busy site in the Camberley area
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- To establish and develop the sales team
- Implement Sales Targets and introduce commissions based on new sales targets
- Managing organisational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results monthly
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating marketing for lead generation.
- The implementation and maintaining Lead Generation
- Customer Development
- Developing and maintaining a strong marketing strategy
- The employment and training of a successful Sales team.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
- Sales calls, (in person, via email & phone)
- Promoting the organisation and services
Skills & Requirements:
- You will have experience within a Sales Management role from within the Courier/Freight industry
- An excellent understanding of the Courier & Freight industry
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Understanding of Marketing and marketing development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
