Our client is seeking dynamic and creative teachers to join their alternative education community. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of £30,000 to £40,000, based on teaching experience.

Requirements:
· Teachers: Must hold or be willing to work towards QTS/QTLS
· Tutors: Must have a degree or equivalent and be willing to work towards a teaching qualification
· Proven track record in raising attainment and supporting behavioural challenges
· High levels of pastoral care
· Enthusiastic about alternative education methodologies
