Our client based in Smethwick, a leading supplier within their industry, is looking for a business development executive to join their ever growing, friendly team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the sales and profit budget by visiting both new and existing customers and developing their expanding product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
The delivery of the annual sales and profit budget
Making daily/weekly visits to existing/potential customers
Achievement of daily call targets as defined by the National Sales Manager
The recording/planning of all calls within the company CRM system
Management reporting as required
The Successful Candidate:
Strong B2B sales experience with proven experience of delivering results in a similar role
Experience with traditional sales techniques
History of working with CRM tools
Demonstrable experience of territory management
Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage own diary
Excellent manner and communicator
Ability to build lasting long-term relationships
Highly self-motivated and strong work ethic
Well-balanced & meticulous attention to detail
