Scout Recruiting has an opportunity for an Electrical Services Regional Manager. Our nationwide client is looking for an experienced Electrical Services Manager to be based at their Droitwich Office.
The ideal person is required to manage and develop all aspects of region; this includes all operational, sales and financial function to be most efficient and effective with profit being the focus.
The applicant will hold sole responsibility for the success of the region and the performance and success of the postholder will be assessed on the financial and operational success of the region
This is a full-time permanent role. Monday to Friday with contractual hours of 45 per week.
Salary between £60K - £65K per annum. Depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and ensure the financial, operational and organisational success of the region.

Manage and promote safe working practice and process; monitor & investigate all incidents that occur within the area.

Ensure all works programmes are planned, managed and executed to promote maximum efficiency and be most cost effective whilst delivering excellent service to the Company’s customers.

Manage all financial matters of the region and control and monitor all expenditure. The postholder must be capable of providing the Electrical Services Director with a profit and cost overview with little notice and on occasion, with no notice. The postholder must manage the region p&l to be most efficient.

Prepare and deliver presentation as to any aspect of the region; presentation to be delivered to operational, administrative and senior management employees.

Increase the sales and marketing success of the region and Electrical Services as a whole. The postholder must plan and deliver a successful strategy with regards to sales and marketing, including all forecasting MLO and look forwards to be updated weekly.

Be fully briefed of the region capability with regards to qualifications; the postholder will be expected to identify training requirements and plan training to reduce any disruption to operations and service delivery.

Any task for which the postholder is capable of undertaking and requested by line or senior management.

Carry out annual appraisals for all associated Electrical services staff within the region.

The postholder must manage any required recruitment for the region once approved by line or senior management.
Key Skills:

Ability to manage the operational and financial aspects of the region.

IT literate; capable of using all Microsoft Office applications to a high standard and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Excellent electrical technical and industry knowledge and experience.

Proven sales success and commercial awareness.

High degree of professionalism with regard to developing relationships with customers.

Proven track record of delivering service to customers.

Ability to develop new business whilst maintaining existing customer business.

Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
