About the Job
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to manage and develop strategic, long-term business partnerships and contractual relationships with designated accounts and their affiliates. In this role, you will act as an ambassador for the company, representing our multi-product, service, and supply capabilities. Your primary goal will be to optimize sales volumes, margins, and growth opportunities, providing customers with a unified representation of our business at all levels and across geographical locations.
How You Will Impact:

Target and win new and profitable sales with new and existing Key Accounts.

Support the MD in defining Key Account strategies and annual sales budgets.

Provide accurate reporting and forecasts to support business planning.

Develop new business by targeting prospects/customers.
What You Need to Succeed:

Relevant experience in a similar role.

Proven experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.

Negotiation and influencing skills, specifically focused on contract negotiation and implementation.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain new and existing accounts.

Generate new business leads through market research and identifying trends.

Be active and visible in the marketplace to showcase the organization’s profile and objectives.

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication and delivery.

Lead negotiations and manage expectations with key accounts.

Deliver timely reports, presentations, and feedback to the wider business.

Liaise with planning to create effective production schedules and plan efficient dispatch of orders according to customer requirements.

Requirements and Background:
-
At least 3-5 years’ experience within a sales role, ideally within packaging or FMCG.

Demonstrated ability to develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.

Strong organizational skills to manage your diary and maximize customer visits efficiently.

Ability and desire to liaise with all departments within the organization.

Strong negotiating skills with the ability to identify buying signals and close sales.

Knowledge and experience working within FMCG markets.

Meticulous attention to detail with administrative tasks.

Ability to make a favorable first-time impression.

Willingness to travel to meet with customers.
