Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic and innovative organization? We are seeking a motivated and experienced People Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing expert HR advisory services, working on strategic projects, and implementing a comprehensive people strategy across the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
HR Advisory
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance on a wide range of HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and objectives, offering solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Deliver learning and development initiatives with support from the People Director and external partners.
Projects and Change
- With support from the People Director, guide the development, planning, and execution of the people strategy, encompassing the entire employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of the people strategy, fostering a culture of engagement.
- Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, changes, and benefits.
- Provide training and support to managers and employees to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and practices.
Reward and Recognition
- Support the implementation of reward and recognition strategies and frameworks.
- Manage the annual pay and bonus review process, ensuring all data is produced accurately and to timeframes.
- Create models and build insights to enable the business to understand and optimize total reward.
- Manipulate reward data, including internal and external benchmarking, to provide insights and trends.
- Respond to individual benchmarking requests with timely and accurate data.
- Undertake the submission of reward survey data for salary surveys, ensuring accuracy.
- Produce ad hoc and bespoke reports and prepare standard reports for management meetings.
Analytics and Reporting
- Develop and use HR metrics and data analysis to track the effectiveness of the people strategy and its impact on key performance indicators.
- Prepare reports for the People Director, highlighting project milestones, accomplishments, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare data for monthly board reporting and HR People Metrics.
About You
- Experience working in a tech, professional services, or similar business that embraces the use of technology to enhance productivity.
- Experience delivering learning to colleagues and leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a bonus.
- A minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD L5/7).
- Experience in reward management, including compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to manipulate data sets for insights and reporting
