An exciting opportunity has arisen within this buzzy student accommodation for an energetic and proactive Customer Service Associate.
Duties:
Working as part of a team you will provide daily support to the team and residents, including building maintenance bookings, tenancy administration & marketing. As well as promoting a 5* service for the residents to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
- Delivering a high level of customer service - including a comprehensive front of house service.
- Responding positively to customer queries and complaints, ensuring you undertake appropriate action in line with company procedure.
- Complete Administrative tasks including logging of maintenance requests, filing, updating the database and preparing notices.
- Chase outstanding rent to meet property targets.
- Supporting the creating of a positive memorable experience for the residents.
- Anticipation of and exceeding resident expectations.
About you:
- Excellent customer service skills and significant experience in a customer facing service delivery role.
- Good level of general education
- MS Office proficient
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
- Culturally aware with the ability to adapt style and communications to suit audience.
- Friendly and approachable
- Proactive with a can-do attitude.
- Good team player
