CMA Recruitment Group is working with an established organisation based in Segensworth, Hampshire, to help them recruit a newly created Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
Daily bank reconciliations;
Cash book maintenance including processing journals and multi-currency transactions;
Purchase invoice processing and managing supplier payments;
Supplier statement reconciliation;
Supporting with month end duties such as balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow forecasting;
Other ad hoc duties as and when required.
Suitable Candidate:
Good Excel skills desirable;
Possessing a forward thinking and pro-active approach to work;
Great aptitude to learn and develop.
