We are recruiting for a Project Manager with construction experience. The role is a for a large hard services, Facilities management company based in Nottingham. They ideal candidate will have experience of working on PFI contracts.
Details of the role:
Seamless Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
· On-Time Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of all projects with precise scope and budget management.
· Scope & Objectives Definition: Define project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders for technical feasibility.
· Resource Allocation: Guarantee optimal resource availability and allocation.
· Detailed Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress effectively.
· Change Management: Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using advanced verification techniques.
· Performance Measurement: Utilize cutting-edge project management tools and techniques to measure performance.
· Client & Stakeholder Relations: Maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
· Risk Management: Perform rigorous risk management to minimize potential risks.
· Comprehensive Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
· Task Delegation: Delegate tasks based on team members' strengths, skills, and experience levels.
· Performance Tracking: Analyze project performance to ensure the successful completion of goals.
· Budget Management: Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
· Leadership Development: Continuously develop and apply leadership skills.
