Job Type/Shift Patterns: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, totaling 37.5 working hours per week. (This role offers Hybrid flexibility of 3-4 Days Work from Office, and rest days’ work from home)
Pay Rate: £15.53/Hr.
JOB SUMMARY:
Seeking a motivated Junior Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Unified Communication (UC) Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will assist in migrating from AirWatch to Microsoft Intune, support telecoms migration, and maintain seamless MDM and UC solutions. This role includes troubleshooting, user support, and collaboration with senior IT staff to ensure system integrity and compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the migration from AirWatch to Microsoft Intune.

Audit and report on users and devices.

Monitor and manage mobile device usage and compliance.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic mobile device and MDM system issues.

Support the migration of Vodafone telecoms solutions.

Provide support for UC systems, including VoIP, messaging, and video conferencing.

Train end-users on UC tools and best practices.

Attend various sites to support physical phone migrations
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Experience in mobile device management and unified communications.

Hands-on experience with AirWatch to Intune migration.

Basic knowledge of MDM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune) and UC technologies (e.g., Storm UC, VoIP).

Understanding of enterprise mobility management (EMM) and endpoint security.

Basic understanding of network protocols and infrastructure (e.g., DHCP).

Excellent written and verbal communication.
