Office Administration / Marketing Assistant / Account Handler
Graduate £24,000 to £27,500 depending on experience
Bedford (home working within 15 miles considered after a satisfactory probationary period)
Full time or part-time (pro-rata) considered
Do you have administration experience in an office-based environment or are you a recent graduate with an enquiring mind? We are an established niche Insurance Broker looking to recruit a reliable, friendly and organised person to enjoy a varied position assisting the Directors with renewals, new business, marketing and other admin tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our small team and make the role your own and take on responsibility within the business. We will provide full in-house training to ensure that you are able to progress your knowledge and understanding in our sector.
The Role:
- Managing the office diary and databases
- Developing marketing / online profile
- Dealing with customer enquiries and answering incoming calls
- Handling Policy Renewals (preparing renewal letters, quotations, and dealing with Instructions)
- Liaising with Insurers and Clients
- Dealing with new enquiries (preparing quotation reports, client queries etc)
The Person:
- Experience using Excel/Word and good IT skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisation skills and an enquiring mind
- A team player, with the ability to work independently
- Reliable with attention to detail
