Contact Centre Team Leader Responsibilities…
- Manage and motivate a team of outbound membership sales and retention representatives to meet and exceed renewal targets.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve results.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to increase customer renewals and grow market share.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyse retention data and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Contact Centre Team Leader Experience…
- Proven experience as a Contact Centre Team Leader or similar role, leading a sales or retention-focused team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to analyse contact centre data and develop effective strategies.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
