Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm - Hybrid 2 days home, 3 days office once trained

We have an amazing opportunity for Accounts Payable Clerk to join a fantastic team on 12 months fixed contract based in Central Derby, with hybrid working of 2 days home and 3 days after training, working in modern offices with quiet working areas and amazing facilities.
The Accounts Payable Clerk should have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and able to process high volumes of purchase ledger invoices, as well as managing multiple accounts, be organised and methodical.
The main duties of the Accounts Payable Clerk will be:

Management of multiple accounts

Matching GRN
-
Processing high numbers of purchase ledger invoices and expenses

Setting-up new suppliers

Reconciling supplier statements and bank accounts

Weekly payment runs
-
Dealing with suppliers’ queries

Supporting team members
-
Ad hoc duties
