Our Andover based client is looking for an experienced and highly efficient and professional PA to support an extremely busy Sales Manager. Working alongside the Sales Manager you will have a truly involved and pivotal role contributing to the continued success of the Sales Department. You will take responsibility for all administrative tasks and communicate credibility with the businesses clients at all levels.
This is a full time office based role, Monday to Friday. 7.30am – 5pm
Responsibilities to Include but not limited to:
Managing the smooth running of the Administration for the Sales Manager
Communicating with prospective and new clients on the telephone and buy email
Preparing, sending and following up of quotes
Efficient diary management
Scheduling meetings
Preparing all necessary paperwork for Sales Managers meetings
Organising travel and accommodation
Sourcing networking events and trade shows
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a PA/EA role in fast paced environment
Excellent Analytical and problem solving
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM Systems
Excellent Communication skills
Project Management & Research skills
Driven and motivated with a desire and passion for finding creative and long-term solutions
Operate with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
