Receptionist/Facilities Assistant, central Oxford to £25,000 + strong benefits
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Facilities Assistant to join a team in maintaining and overseeing the operational functionality of state of the art offices located in Oxford City Centre.
Duties:
- Coordinate maintenance tasks within the facilities
- First point of contact for all visitors to the offices
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain the premises in optimal condition
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Report any issues with equipment repairs and maintenance
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong administration skills
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role, such as an Administrative Assistant or Facilities
