Page Personnel is supporting a highly reputable business based on the outskirts of Southampton with their recruitment of a Payroll Specialist to join their accountancy team on a 6 month temporary basis. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work closely with the HR and finance team ensuring an accurate and timely payroll.

Description
As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Managing the end to end payroll process
Making necessary adjustments e.g. promotions
New starters/leavers
Manual calculations - holiday/sick/maternity/paternity etc
Dealing with queries
P45s, P60s, P11Ds (where appropriate)
Continuous system and process improvement
Other adhoc dutiesProfile
In order to be considered for the Payroll Specialist role, you must:
Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
Be immediately available or on short notice
Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Have excellent attention to detail
Be able to multi task
