Responsibilities:
Utilise CNC and Manual Press Brakes, such as Amada HFE, EG4010, and HFB models to produce small and large batches of fine limit detailed sheet metal components.
Work with precision equipment, including Vernier Callipers, Protractors, and Vernier Height Gauge.
Operate and maintain various tools and machinery, such as Fly-Press, Guillotines, and Drilling Machines.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to uphold high-quality standards.
Collaborate with team members, providing support and assistance when required.
Adhere to all Health & Safety Policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist in other manufacturing areas, including Assembly, Machine Shop, and Fabrication.Candidate Specification:
🎓 Essential:
Proficiency in Precision Sheet Metal work.
Experience setting and operating CNC and manual Press Brakes.
Ability to read 3rd angle projection engineering drawings.
Competency in using engineering measuring equipment.✨ Desirable:
Engineering-related qualification or Apprenticeship.
Experience in the aerospace Industry.
Power press setting and operating certificate.
Familiarity with aerospace materials like L163-T3 sheet.🌈 Personal Skills:
