An exciting opportunity has come up for Administrator to join a well established Legal and Estate agency firm based in Kirkcaldy.
As first point of contact for clients when calling or entering our legal and estate agency office, this in an important role and key duties and experience should include.
Strong administration experience in a busy office environment.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with a mixture of the general public, clients and other professionals.
A positive team worker who will also have an eye for detail.
Ability to assist busy Estate Agency team as well as general office admin (answering phones, dealing with mail, greeting clients, assisting other staff members with office admin).
Assisting with organising and attending viewings.
Driving licence and car essential.
Good IT and typing skills are essential.You will received a competitive salary based on experience , training and excellent working conditions. This job will be fully office based due to the nature of the industry.
