About the Role:

Our client is an inclusive, forward-thinking business, taking pride in their approach to operating an efficient and reliable supply chain and are looking for a highly competent and motivated Transport Administrator to join our Logistics team based at our Brackley site.
As Transport Administrator you'll be working 4 on 4 off days 06:00 - 18:00 and nights 18:00-06:00
Purpose of the role:
As a Transport Administrator you'll be working alongside the logistics section manager helping to ensure that driver documentation is updated and maintained. You will also take ownership of driver prep, ensuring drivers have the run details, maps and resources needed to operate efficiently.
What will your key responsibilities as Transport Administrator include?
- Performing checks and updates on Driver licences and CPC cards.
- Recording information accurately and securely on internal databases.
- Allocating keys, run sheets and maps to drivers.
- Scanning and entering de-brief information into the system.
- Helping generate KPI information used by the senior leadership teams.
Shifts
- Days 06:00-18:00 4on 4off
- Nights 18:00-06:00 4on 4off
What you'll need to be successful:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a busy logistics or transport environment.
- Good computer literacy.
- Confidence interacting with all levels of employees and agency staff.
