As a CRM and digital customer experience specialist, you will join an award-winning Customer Journey team, made up of inspired and motivated professionals who are committed to transforming the business through creative, high-impact messages.
Develop and implement communications to stimulate sales.
This role would suit someone with a strong digital customer experience background working for a luxury brand or automotive manufacturer, ideally across a range of product market segments.
In this role at CRM/Digital Customer Specialist role, your duties will be to support the implementation and development of the contact strategy across all CRM touchpoints, facilitating the delivery objectives and specifically focusing on the end-to-end Customer Journey, customer touchpoints and contact programmes, work with agencies and proof content, ability to adopt an analytics and insight approach, optimise the current processes to ensure a consistent luxury experience, leverage and integrate CRM touchpoints with campaigns and or products launches.
Candidates experience will include Marketing communications or CRM experience in the Automotive sector, Agency and stakeholder management skills, significant experience working on CRM and or digital customer journeys, SFMC experience;
