Have experience in the care sector, ideally working with young people.
Hold a Level 5 Health & Social Care diploma (or equivalent).
Have or have held an OFSTED registration.
Have working knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory frameworks (specifically Ofsted).
Thrive in a multi-site environment and excel at communication (both written and verbal).
Master digital systems and have a knack for data analysis.
Willingness for regular travel and overnight stays.We offer:
