Description
Formulate and execute ED&I strategies across the organisation
Foster an inclusive culture that values diversity
Collaborate with HR and senior management to integrate ED&I into all practices
Design and deliver ED&I training to staff at all levels
Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of ED&I initiatives
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices
Represent the company at external events and forums
Manage ED&I related projects as required
Lead a small team and be part o a wider very collaborative HR TeamProfile
A successful ED&I Manager should have:
A solid understanding of ED&I principles and legislation
Proven experience in developing and implementing ED&I strategies
The ability to influence and drive change at a strategic level
Excellent project management skills
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Salary range of £65,000 - £70,000 per year
Flexible/Hybrid working 1 - 2 days a week in the office
