Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including Okuma Millturn machinery, to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures for each job.
- Experience with multi-axis machining is highly desirable.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to production schedules.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery as needed.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Setter Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment related to the Oil and Gas sector.
- Understanding of Turning or Milling operations.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and tooling setup.
- Experience with Okuma Millturn machinery is highly desirable.
- Ideally, experience with multi-axis machining.
- Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with other systems/machinery will be considered.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Friday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Business Hours: They are open 63 hours per week with overtime opportunities available.
