Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Sales Engineer will be responsible for increasing presence in both new and existing accounts, developing client relationships and identifying business opportunities.
- Understanding customers’ needs, and selling with a technical solution led approach.
- Presenting and demonstrating products and solutions.
- Managing and growing the territory.
- Attending client meetings, to build relationships, communicate technical solutions and negotiate.
- Maintaining market and competitor knowledge, building a full sales pipeline.
Experience & Skills needed:
- Experience selling interconnect or electronic solutions.
- Technically aware, able to communicate technical products to clients, and excellent communication skills.
- A proactive sales approach.
- Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills.
- Able to work from full autonomy, and manage own diary.
In return:
- Basic salary DOE circa £65k.
- Uncapped commission- circa 50% of annual salary.
