Job Title: Employability Team Leader
Location: Great Yarmouth
Salary: £29,858 - £32,585 DOE
Role and Client Overview:

As a Team Leader, you will support the Business Manager by inspiring, motivating, and leading a team within a high-performance culture, ensuring exceptional delivery standards and compliance within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
· Performance Management: Meet and exceed personal and team performance targets (KPIs).
· Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and coach team members to achieve individual and team goals.
· Collaboration: Work with Business Manager and support functions to drive customer progression and outcomes.
· Engagement: Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, monthly meetings, and 1:1 performance reviews.
· Programme Awareness: Attend local engagement meetings to promote programme awareness and referrals.
· Customer Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all customers and promote engagement with services.
· Quality Standards: Ensure all contractual service standards are met and address any under-performance.
· Continuous Improvement: Utilize strategies to enhance services for all stakeholders.
· Labour Market Insight: Understand regional labour markets and identify opportunities for customers.
· Stakeholder Relationships: Develop relationships with key stakeholders to maximize job opportunities.
· Marketing: Conduct direct marketing to employers using digital media platforms.
· Compliance: Maintain customer records to required standards and adhere to company policies.
· Training: Provide guidance to team members on digital technologies.
· Best Practice: Champion best practices and flexible working, including necessary travel.
· Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
· Data Protection: Handle personal data in accordance with the data protection policy.
· Safeguarding: Promote and participate in safeguarding practices.
Essential:
· Previous leadership/management experience
· Knowledge of the local labour market in Great Yarmouth
· GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade C or above)
· Fully IT literate with Microsoft Office and modern digital technologies
· Experience in a target-driven environment
· Experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
Desirable:
· Knowledge of the employability or recruitment industry
· Experience working in advice and guidance environments
· Full driving license for regional deployment
