Area Concession Manager | Sheffield | Outdoor Retail | Salary up to £25,000 + Benefits

Zachary Daniels are working with an outdoor retailer who looking for a new Area Concession Manager! In the role you will be responsible managing a number of concessions across the Sheffield area! You will build relationships with stakeholders, developing and executing sales excellence to drive revenue and increase KPI results across all retail stores in the division!

You'll support a cluster of retail concession areas within different locations resulting in maximised sales Concessions will be regularly visited and supported with sales operations, including commercial set-up, updating promotional and campaign POS in stores Process deliveries ensuring all price changes are updated when needed Provide outstanding customer service in the location you're located in sharing best-practice across stores Ensuring that Sales Assistants will be motivated and supported ensuring consistently high standards are demonstrated and maintained You will deliver a first-class customer experience, tailored to people's individual needs With your warm personality and enthusiasm, your Concession areas will always be friendly and inviting to both regular and new customers Your in-depth product knowledge of feature and benefits allows you to provide expert advice on what customers need for all their adventures Must hold a full UK license, and access to your own vehicleThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress to the next level in their retail career, and we are open to speaking with the right drive to build their retail management career. Previous experience working with fashion is desirable but not essential.
