Your role:
As ES Bid Operations Manager, and an integral member of the ES Sales team in GB&I, you will:

Project-manage, co-ordinate and lead assigned project activities to support the accurate, compliant and timely submission of all ES proposals, including tender responses, procurement-framework activities and RFI responses.

Take responsibility for the quality and timely submission of customer proposals, working with ES Sales and other contributors to deliver robust responses.

Provide project management support during contract-negotiation phase for ES projects as well as deputy support to ES Sales in contract negotiation meetings.

Be responsible for sales reporting as defined in collaboration with the Head of ES Sales; including but not limited to CRM analytics, bespoke reporting in Microsoft Excel, some interaction with Power BI, internal communication to senior stakeholders.
Mostly home-based, you will occasionally travel to attend internal or customer-facing meetings (approximately 90%/10%).
Your expertise:
To be considered for the role of ES Bid Operations Manager, you will need to demonstrate:

Proven project management skills
-
Good knowledge and experience of healthcare in the UK

In-depth understanding of the political, operational and structural NHS and its challenges
-
Ideally some experience in complex client partnership contracts such as managed equipment services
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and action a brief
-
Excellent organisational and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
-
Assertiveness, tenacity and drive with the ability to engage all members of a diverse team towards a shared objective
-
Experience of working within a virtual team and with limited supervision
-
Ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines

Good, demonstrable skills in Microsoft applications including (but not limited to) Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Power BI (desirable) and Visio
