Permanent Role | Ormskirk – Office Based | £23,500 – £24,500 DOE
Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm + Rotational Saturdays

Duties of the Role:
Promptly and accurately respond to customer enquiries.
Efficiently process bookings with precise administration.
Build customer confidence by managing expectations and providing exceptional service.
Handle issues and complaints effectively, determining the next best steps.
Coordinate with Aviation and Operations teams to finalize bookings.
Manage inbound calls and emails with professionalism.
Continuously monitor and share best practices for service delivery.
Maintain email relationships with partners, including Ground Agents.
Positively contribute to achieving organizational targets.
Enhance your skills and knowledge to improve customer service performance.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong geographical knowledge.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
