NPD Project Manager
Our prestiguous client is seeking a highly skilled NPD Project Manager to lead and execute new product development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multi-functional teams, ensuring project adherence to established processes, and driving project accountability. This role requires strong project management knowledge and experience in commercialising new products and updates to existing ones.
Responsibilities for NPD Project Manager
Lead multi-functional teams to execute project plans using established NPD processes and practices.
Drive accountability and manage workflow processes and project organization.
Maintain project schedules and report on performance targets.
Ensure deliverables are completed to schedule and within budget.
Manage globally distributed teams and commercialize new and innovative products.
Utilize project management knowledge, tools, and methodologies, with CNC machining knowledge being a clear advantage.
Demonstrate experience in an engineering and lean manufacturing environment.
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and resource management expertise.Qualifications for NPD Project Manager
Degree in an engineering-related field.
Certificatication in Project Management
Several years of experience in proven project management, delivering resource management, project scheduling, and project finances.
