We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Advisors to handle enquiries for our popular courses.
Main Role Responsibilities

Handling inbound course enquiries

Communicating via phone, email, text & WhatsApp

Checking eligibility for public funding

Promoting the company’s products & services

Achieving monthly enrolment & completion targets
-
Recording data onto the company IT system
Candidate Specification

Confident, energetic, enthusiastic & target driven individual
-
Clear thinker with excellent telephone manner & communication skills
-
Experience working towards telesales KPIs
-
Good levels of English and Maths.

Good knowledge of IT
