Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an experienced HR Advisor for a temporary 3 month contract with our client who are based in the East Kilbride area
About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and systems, with a focus on data entry and administrative tasks.
The role is offering advice on the implementation of new processes within the business as well as policy writing and general HR duties
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks related to human resources functions
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR records
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Writing policies
££ Negotiable depending on experience
Mon to Fri
Core Hours 9am - 3pm
Weekly pay
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in human resources roles
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and data entry
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
- Experience in social media management for professional purposes
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous
