We are looking to speak to dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator's to join their sales team.
The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring an excellent customer experience for their residential developments. This role involves introducing potential buyers to their properties, coordinating client interactions, and providing ongoing support throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a strong sales background and a keen eye for detail.
Sales Coordinator:
Identify and engage with potential buyers through various channels, including online inquiries, phone calls, and walk-ins.
Conduct property viewings and provide comprehensive information about the developments, including features, pricing, and availability.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Provide regular follow-ups with potential buyers to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
Client Co-ordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through to post-sale support.
Coordinate and schedule property viewings, appointments, and meetings with clients.
Assist clients with the completion of necessary paperwork and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding the status of their purchase, construction updates, and any other relevant details.
Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Familiarity with the Birmingham property market and knowledge of residential developments is an advantage.
Education:
A degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
